7-Day Money Back Guarantee
At CyberLode LLC, each active customer is allowed seven days to use the purchased device. The seven days starts from the date that the device was successfully delivered and activated. If the device or service does not meet the expectations of the customer, a refund will be issued for the device if CyberLode LLC has been notified of such cancellation within seven days and the device must be received within fourteen days of initial activation. The package must include all of the equipment that was included in the original package (ie: power cords, antenna, etc.). The package must be returned in its original packaging. The device and equipment must not be damaged. If the returned package is damaged, missing items, or is not in its original packaging, the customer will not be entitled to a refund. If the package is postmarked after the fourteen day guarantee period, the customer will not be entitled to a refund, however the actual delivery date can be after the fourteen days since the customer nor CyberLode LLC can control the efficiency of the shipping carrier
Return Process
Cancellation
For any refund requests, please contact CyberLode LLC at CyberLode.net. Once the refund request has been received, we, or one of our trusted resellers, will provide you with an RMA number. Please note that you must contact us to request a refund in order for a refund to be issued.
Shipping
After receiving an RMA number from CyberLode LLC, place the device and any additional equipment securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided to you by the RMA Agent. The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning a device. These shipping costs are non-refundable. CyberLode LLC cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. CyberLode LLC is not responsible for the loss or any damage to any of your return shipments, so we recommend that you insure the returned equipment properly with your shipping carrier in case of shipping damage or loss.
Refunds
After CyberLode LLC receives the returned device, the condition of the item will be inspected. Then, the refund will be processed for the device and the service. The $25 activation fee is non-refundable. CyberLode LLC, or one of it’s trusted resellers, will contact you once the refund has been processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, as it varies depending on your credit card company.
