CyberLode LLC – Shipping Policy 

Order Processing

• Orders for equipment (modems, routers, or accessories) are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times 

• We partner with major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to provide reliable delivery.

• Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. 

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping will be charged on equipment and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected.

• For replacement or additional equipment, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking 

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor delivery. 

Service Area 

• We currently ship equipment within the continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages 

• If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact Cyberlode LLC Support within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.  

Returns & Exchanges 

• A support ticket must be opened with a detailed description of the devices issue and serial number. Support will review the issue and determine if a return is warranted. If a return is warranted, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued. Subscriber will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Equipment may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided it is in original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
