CyberLode LLC provides wireless internet service utilizing carrier-based infrastructure. The following disclaimers outline our service terms, limitations, and customer responsibilities.
Carrier Network Disclaimer
CyberLode LLC relies on major carrier networks to provide service. While we purchase and manage access to these networks, we do not control:
• Carrier infrastructure or changes they make
• Network outages
• Data caps or usage policies
• Pricing changes made by the carrier
If a carrier experiences a service disruption, CyberLode LLC at its discretion may change carrier networks as appropriate but cannot perform repairs directly. We will, however, advocate on your behalf to restore service as quickly as possible. Please note: the carriers do not work directly with end users—only through CyberLode LLC.
Product Representation Disclaimer

Network Security Disclaimer
CyberLode LLC does not manage or secure individual customer networks. Customers are responsible for securing their internet access, including:
• Setting Wi-Fi passwords
• Configuring any local network protections
• Preventing unauthorized use of their equipment or service

• A 7-day risk-free trial period
• Service can be canceled at any time, however it must be canceled before the renewal date. Cancelations on the due date or after, will result in being responsible for the current due bill.
